New Year. It’s a simple concept, really, just the passing of time from one minute/ day/ month/ year to the next. A look both backward and forward in time. Perhaps that’s what makes it so personal yet so universally celebrated.
We love the celebration but sometimes yearn for a New Year’s Eve experience that provides the great food (and beverages) without the formality of a multi-course meal. This year, Chef Phelix and his team developed a from-scratch menu featuring a range of options - from Smoked Rib Eye to Shrimp and Oysters to Pasta Station and more - in an easy, buffet-style format.
